The service
Hexloom Duplicate Orders, by Hexloom Labs, flags orders that look like duplicates in a Shopify store and lets the store's staff cancel one. Flags are suggestions based on matching buyer, items and time. They can be wrong, and the merchant decides what to cancel.
Your responsibility
You confirm each cancellation, including whether to refund and restock. Check the orders before you confirm. We are not responsible for an order cancelled by a confirmed action, or for a duplicate the app did not flag.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes 3 flagged duplicates a month. Standard is US$9 a month, billed by Shopify every 30 days. The 7-day free trial applies the first time you subscribe. To go back to Free, press Switch to Free in the app's Plans card: the paid plan ends at once, with no credit for the rest of the billing period, and any free trial days left are lost. Uninstalling the app also ends the charge.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We may change or end the service with notice in the app.
